... she's wide-eyed and innocent, but keeps a sharp little switch-blade hidden in her pink faux-leather purse to prick pomposity and pretentiousness. Mostly though she just wants to have a good time. Please note, if you message me and I do not answer it always means I am not at my computer. Even if Stumble shows me as being online (which it sometimes does incorrectly) I may be either wandering aimlessly or hiding in the cupboard to escape my aunt or performing some menial task for the cat ..:)).. ellie .. (P.s. - I don't really 'stumble' in the conventional way. Each page is a different 'theme' so whatever is on the first page isn't what the blog is 'about'.

About SU 'alters' (alternate personnas)
An 'alter' is short for an 'alternate personna', in other words the same person having more than one SU site under different 'identities'. You are officially only allowed one SU site, of course, unless they give you permission to have more. There are good reasons for that, for example so that spammers don't set up multiple sites to abuse the system for personal gain or so that cowards and trolls don't use 'alters' maliciously just for attacking people by leaving hateful reviews they wouldn't dare give as 'themselves' (i.e. using their primary SU persona). However it *is* also true that ordinary decent stumblers might sometimes want a second SU site for perfectly legitimate reasons, perhaps having one as a straight text-based stumble site and using the other as a photoblog . Incidentally, its perfectly legitimate for different family members or people using the same PC to each have their own site.
For some reason paranoia is rampant in SU on the subject of 'alters' and people obsess endlessly over identity and 'who is who' but honestly, is it important who is behind a site? I know the human race is insatiably curious (and some of it is downright nosy) but assuming the site is not spamming or being used maliciously, why does it matter? If you just read and enjoy the content of whatever personal sites you like then I can't see why it would make any difference who created them. Of course if there *are* alters about then the SU romeos who use the 'scatter-gun' approach of sending the same lame 'seduction' messages to multiple people at the same time run the risk of unwittingly trying to seduce the same person simultaneously on two apparently different sites, which would certainly make the would-be seducer look like a bit of an idiot to the recipient of the attention. Now theres something to think about if you're ever tempted to be an online romeo ..:))
